Our offices are located at 1001 Farmington Ave. Suite 304 in West Hartford Center.

• From I-84 East or West take Exit 43, Park Road West Hartford.

• At the end of the exit take a right onto Park Road.

• Take a left at the first light onto Trout Brook Drive.

• Go to your second light and take a left onto Farmington Ave.

• 1001 Farmington Ave. is a 3 story brick office building on the left between the 4^th and 5^th light. If you are familiar with West Hartford center it is the building between Luna’s Pizza and S. K. Lavery. There is free parking in the circular drive in front of the building, or you can park on the street (quarters required) or you can park in municipal parking off of Dale Street (the right turn just before the building).  We are on the 3rd floor.

• Please have a seat in the waiting room. We will come out to greet you at your appointed time.
