There is something you can do on your own to resolve your emotional baggage




There are several techniques that hundreds of our clients have used to resolve baggage on their own.  In general we recommend to our clients that they use these techniques for mildly upsetting memories , no more than a 5 or a 6 on a 0-10 scale.  Please consult a licensed mental health professional before trying these.
